I would also suggest you contact your credit card company and file a protest of the charges. That will prevent them from charging you interest and/or penalties until the matter is settled to your satisfaction. It also prevents Accessory Warehouse from getting their money, which should speed things up.
I'll remember your hassles next time I'm looking for parts.
